On a normal day 4 years ago, my husband Michael and I realized we weren’t living the life we wanted to live. We were living a boring life! So, on a hot weekend in July, we started a new life.

It helps me to not over think what I’m saying in the videos and just be myself. I also like recording while walking or doing something, seems to help with creativity and energy.
