Water flowing – beautiful picture – and very comforting and encouraging!  We are not stuck in mud where we are, we are able to float to a better situation/location!  It’s a perfect analogy for life because it is not stagnant (we can be – but life isn’t).  It’s always moving and changing – it’s pretty much up to us to either go with the flow or stay stuck where we are!  Great quote, Michael.

That’s awesome! Anything moving like water, reminds me of a Bruce Lee message… 🙂
But it’s so true, we have the ability to move and shift in any direction we choose. Situations are nothing but rocks in the river that we can either run through, around, or over…

To think of how big our mind makes our worries – almost all of which never happen anyways!  Sometimes we have a big “fire” at work and then I think of all the past fires we’ve had to put out – nobody remembers them at all.

Hah, great point, Michael. You know, I’ve noticed a similar trend in some past journals. Noticing this has really helped me put things into perspective as it’s always so easy to get caught up in the moment of a problem.
