It’s always good to be reminded of this. I’m beginning to pursue a dream I’ve had for over 10 years now because I know that if I don’t try, I will one day regret it. It’s scary sometimes, but will be worth it in the end. Thanks for the words of encouragement!

      Donna,
I’m so excited for you!!! If you are free to share, I would love to hear what you are working on!!!! It will be worth it in the end!! “Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work” Thomas Edison
      You are not “most people”!!!

Not putting life off – what a great message and reminder – we only get today and we do only get “one shot” – rather than going after things we need to go after life, experiences – great challenge – thank you for the reminder.

      Ann,
Isn’t it crazy that we even have to remind ourselves of that!?
We just get into routines and comfort zones and almost ‘forget’ to live proactively and actually enjoy each day for the beauty that it holds ๐Ÿ˜‰

Second chances at life are GREAT – when you’re at a turning point in deciding to make your life better. You might indeed get another “shot” at life – if you’re interested. Today is a great day to start!

The older I get, the more interested I am in finding experiences vs. stuff. Since we are eternal beings in a physical body, I figure I get to take the experiences with me!

      I agree Michael!

Sometimes it gets discouraging to think that I didn’t start out with a bang from the beginning and then I realize that is a bunch of crap and that I can take all of my experiences good and bad and let them propel me forward. It is the letting them propel me forward rather than regretting the past that I often struggle with.

hahaha – I like your thought of taking the experiences with you… I never thought about that before… I like it! That gives me even more push to seek experiences ๐Ÿ˜‰ Thanks!
