On a normal day 4 years ago, my husband Michael and I realized we weren’t living the life we wanted to live. We were living a boring life! So, on a hot weekend in July, we started a new life.

Wonderful reminder and challenge to be intentional in encouraging those we meet everyday. Actually I was at church before I opened my email and ran into a lady who had done my plan and lost weight – and wanted to go back to it. She was saying there were some unexpected things that popped up – physically and with her family and she felt she just didn’t get back to what she wanted and I took that opportunity to encourage her. So thanks for the great reminder!
