Question: When’s the last time you experienced the thrill and excitement of doing something new?
In a little over two weeks, our initial goal of 365 days of writing will be complete! We can’t believe it! We’ve been asked on more than one occasion if rise365 is going to be going away.

The answer to that question is a resounding, NO!
In fact, just the opposite. We have quite a few things in the works which we’re really excited about. Our future has never looked brighter and our goals have never been bigger!
I would love to share all the nitty gritty details with you but I can’t fully disclose them just yet!
However, I can give you three bits of information:
1. We will be asking for your feedback on a few things, so be on the lookout…
2. Our posting schedule will be changing. We will be sure to let you know our new schedule!
3. We’re working on a sweet giveaway valued near $300! You are gonna to love this!
Question: What are some things you have coming up? Anything you’re excited about?
A friend just posted this video on his blog. It slapped me right across the face! Therefore, I wanted to share it with you.
Perhaps it will inspire you like it did me to keep stretching, reaching, pushing and working towards that work which is constantly yearning to be fulfilled inside my heart.
But seriously, don’t watch if you don’t want to change your life!

Question: What would you do if money were no object, really?
In this video, I share how this lady (well, an adjustable dressform, actually) has got to go!
We’re getting rid of a few things that have been collecting dust around the house. It’s time to shed some of our extra baggage. No, we’re not going all minimalist on you, at least not yet! We simply have too much stuff we never use. Time for it to go!

Question: Have you gotten rid of anything lately? How’d you do it?
Today while driving to work, I heard a story about cheese and how it helped one man think up the picture-in-picture feature for television! “How bizarre,” you might think. “Why would cheese help him do this? It has nothing to do with tv!”

Exactly! Let me explain.
So, the whole concept is to think of a random object to help you come up with ideas for what you are presently working on. I call it, “The Sneak.” It helps to get your mind to a place where it is able to move, spread out, and breathe. But, the odd thing is this place cannot be approached directly.
One of the things I enjoy about browsing my twitter feed is all the great quotes tweeted by those whom I follow.

There’s something great about a short thought or phrase carefully constructed in the form of a quote. It can be so powerful.
Many times, Claudia and I will jot down ones we like on our idea board or on a post-it note and stick it around the house somewhere or in the car.
One of my favorites is the short quote by Virgil, “Fortune favors the bold.”

Question: Do you have the courage today to be who you’ve been created to be?
I recently read a children’s story about a boy with such a full head of read hair, they called him Moppy. His floppy head of hair was recognized all over town and he loved his unruly red locks.
Some days he would act like a lion and roar, or swing through the trees like a monkey with his wild mop of hair. He loved his hair and loved how it made him look wild.
Never did he consider getting his wild mop cut! He was Moppy, afterall.
One day, Moppy found himself hiding behind a barrel of mops in a grocery store. He was hiding there because his mother had send him to get his hair cut in preparation for his birthday party. He was hoping to escape going to the barber shop which was right next door.
