We’ve worked on ours some this past week. We’ve got some pretty good goals for 2012, but the longer term goals are what we struggle with. We’re so “up in the air” right now that it’s hard, but we need to talk about that more because I know they’re really powerful. Thanks for sharing, and for motivating me to work on those long-term goals some more!
Ryan, long term goals can be scary for me too. However, we can also see them in a positive light. For example, if we’re not where we want to be right now, it’s encouraging to plan to be at a different and better place in the future. We have to forget about the “how” for a second and think about the “what”.
