I think my overriding goal is to catch up from not having the computer for 3 weeks and getting 3 new people signed up on Beyond Organic as Business Builders this month.
hmmm, yes Ann I can imagine you would have some catching up to do! Wow, I can’t believe how on top of things you stayed without a computer!! How were you commenting? (did you say this already?)
Your dinner looked pretty good! Hope you enjoyed it. Such a creative way to raise money for vacation. Hope you guys do great and make enough to take the trip.
No specific goal that I can think of for August. Just to make it through the month. Next month I’ll be looking towards 2013 and seeing where I want it to go. So that’ll be the goal for September.
It’s crazy, huh? 2013, it doesn’t even sound right saying that, is right around the corner.
Yeah, work on the eBook will begin this month. I was talking to a coach and he gave me some great recommendations for the book. It’ll lighten the load and improve the book.

My wife did mystery shopping for a while. It was a good excuse to go out to eat a few times. She became depressed by having to write up bad reports from one restaurant. Again, and again, and again…
Yeah, I could see how that’d get old! We haven’t tried shopping restaurants. Might have to check into that!

I think that we were getting $15 for dinner, which was enough for 2 burgers no extras, or appetizer and split the burger. Or to reduce dinner to $10 extra. We had local brewpub ones and a few fast-food type. The grocery ones were not as good. Usually $8 to $20 to spend, but usually you had a list of what to buy.
I haven’t done the best job of tracking them all, but I only had three main goals for 2012 in the health, financial and writing arenas. Doing well so far on the health and writing, however running about 4 months behind on the financial (again, not tracking can get you off base!) – nothing terrible, just something good about achieving something by Dec 31st and starting 2013 on the fresh(er) slate.

I was able to use my daughter’s laptop when she didn’t need it which was a HUGE blessing – otherwise I’d have 5,000 emails to catch up on too lol!

Joe,
Dinner was great. Thanks! Right, we need to start looking at 2013 already.
Are you going to be working on your ebook this month?

Good to hear that you’re making progress, Michael! Yeah, I think you’re right. Tracking goals is huge.
